Property Development ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :•Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is a plus.•Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in property development, with a strong track record of managing successful projects.•In-depth knowledge of property development processes, including planning, design, construction, and sales.•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.•Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and investment appraisal.•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.•Proficiency in project management software and tools.•Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
