Trade Floor Support Engineer ConsultantJob Location : DubaiResponsibilities :?End user support for Point72?s Dubai office. You will be tasked with supporting this infrastructure at Point72 in compliance with the established Point72 technology standards to keep pace with the challenging demands of Point72. Some additional responsibilities of this position include:?Use your analytical skills to solve technical issues for a wide variety of users from Portfolio Managers and Analysts to Senior Executives.?Bring an in-depth knowledge of mobile device platforms to the Firm to provide best in class support.?Demonstrate exceptional PC and peripheral troubleshooting and break / fix skills.?Collaborate with team members to develop and provide superb customer relationship skills.?Establish and maintain service level relationships with local and off-site technology service providers.?Perform daily AM and PM system checks as per documented procedures and distribution of status reports.Requirements:?3+ years of End User Support experience?solid troubleshooting skills in software and hardware?Trading / Investment background?Languages English: C1 Advanced
