This position is a supporting role, supporting the HR Business Partner and Head of HR ensuring that all systems and processes are up to date from an administrative perspectiveThe role will run from August 2025 - February 2026Key Responsibilities•Support employees with requests,like salary certificates, etc.•Fully responsible for Emiratization of the second quarter deadline•Create employee files in the HR system, ensuring all soft copies are up to date, set up a probationary period and follow up with the manager to ensure complete•Be a key point of contact for employees; provide people support and answer their queries, and provide solutions as required•Coordinate the year-end party event arrangements•Promote a positive and encouraging environment at work•Take an active part in HR meetings and support key HR projects as required Company Profile Tomini Group is a privately-owned international business group; it is focused on two core sectors within transportation and maritime services: shipping and classic cars.
