Sales to manage B2B sales and business development activities for our Hong Kong DMC (Dubai operations). The candidate will be responsible for developing travel trade partnerships, driving sales growth, and increasing market presence in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and MICE partners.Generate new business opportunities for FIT, group travel, and customized holiday packages.Conduct sales meetings, travel agent visits, workshops, and promotional activities.Work closely with the DMC team to develop market-specific travel products.Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales reports.Desired Candidate Profile5?8 years of experience in travel sales, DMC, destination marketing, or international holiday sales.Strong B2B travel agent network across India.Experience with international destinations, preferably Hong Kong.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Experience with DMC/tour operators/travel representation companies preferred.QualificationGraduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
