Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily facility operations, ensuring seamless functionality of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to minimize disruptions.Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and supervising service providers to guarantee cost-effective and high-quality maintenance services.Conduct regular facility inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs proactively to uphold safety and operational standards.Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance schedules, optimizing equipment lifespan and reducing downtime through diligent planning.Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, and other related services. Ensure that all facilities are maintained in a condition that meets or exceeds the client?s expectations and aligns with contractual agreements.Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment and building systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or repairs.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and other staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, requests, or issues related to the facility. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance, discuss upcoming needs, and ensure client satisfaction.Budget and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the facility?s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of service. Monitor expenditures, track operational costs, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.Desired Candidate ProfilePossesses a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation.Holds relevant certifications such as CFM or FMP, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.Exhibits a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, showcasing practical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrates experience in commercial or corporate environments, understanding the unique challenges and requirements.
