Create 3D models and renderings to visualize complex joinery and furniture designs, facilitating client understanding and design approval. Produce cutting lists and material take-offs with high accuracy to optimize material usage and minimize waste in the workshop.Desired Candidate Profile Possess a diploma or certification in Furniture Design, or a related field. Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience specifically in joinery, custom furniture, or architectural millwork drafting. Exhibit strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and potentially 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion). Possess a solid understanding of wood species, joinery techniques, hardware, and finishing processes relevant to furniture making.
