Telesales Executive (Hindi/Urdu)Job Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Contacting potential clients over the phone to initiate sales.?The scheduling of pre-qualified clients first calls and meetings with agents.?Generating repeat/referral sales by listening to the clients needs.?Utilizing the CRM to collect and document all client information.?Keeping up to date on all products and informing clients of new products.?Answering client?s questions on the products during interactions.?Meeting agreed KPIs/Sales quotas.Requirements:?Minimum 2 years? experience as a Tele sales or Call Centre agent preferably in Outbound calls.?UAE Real Estate experience is highly preferred.?Fluent in English along with (Hindi/Urdu).?Strong customer service and sales skill.?Good experience in using different computer systems, CRM and software.
