We are Hiring for Technical Support Coordinator to join our team.Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience to work with any Technical or System integrator company in UAE.1.Manage, lead, and supervise support services team and allocate resources in an efficient manner.2.Meeting with the existing client and support regarding the services3.Work closely with the Operations Controller and Engineering team in document control, hire vendors, subcontractors and to coordinate with the in-house technical service providers in scheduling daily task assignments.4.Develop and maintain relations with key clients.5.Administers Sale support projects programs and processes specific to business unit6.Plans and organizes technical staffing equipment and facility requirements.7.Meets with the project staff to determine project technical needs and establish schedules8.Schedules coordinates and supervises technicians in all aspects of site allocations.9.Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.10.Ensures a cost-effective proactive approach towards the technical services of the community to support the company?s strategic objective of achieving an image for excellence by providing the necessary services.11.Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provide.12.Conduct analysis for users to determine causes and possible alternatives for resolution. Track and follow through on bringing incidents to closure with practical solutions in a timely fashion.13.Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met. Utilize work order management system to prioritize and analyze customer service needs prior to taking action.14.Responsible for ensuring that all technology related issues (hardware and software) are resolved in a timely manner by providing level one technical support and/or by delegating service requests to appropriate staff.Education:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology / Electronics EngineeringTechnical Knowledge:?Excellent technical and IT skills.?Knowledge of ELV systems, security systems et.?Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
