Responsibilities are as follows:?Works with a supervisor to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.?Assess customer premises to plan work assignments and discuss with customers on expectations/ preferences.?Collaborates with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members skills and experience.?Ensures cleaning work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.?Assists team members for any issues or advanced problems with given assignments.?Inspects work performed by team members.?Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.?Works with the supervisor to coordinate topics for safety meetings.?Informing homeowners of any accidents that may occur during cleaning.?Follow company policies and procedure guidelines for service fulfilmentoScrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.oScrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.oDusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.oSpot cleaning doors and frames.oVacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.oPerforming interior window cleanings, Vacuuming carpets and steam-cleaning upholstery?Ensure payment collection post job completion and report submission for record?Pitch for upsell of other services and work to meet sales targets assigned?Making sure the machines and equipment are properly maintained.?Gather customer feedback for any improvement and address concern, if any raised
