Roles & ResponsibilitiesAbout Heaven PropertiesHEAVEN Properties is a growing international real estate company based in Dubai, specializing inpremium property investments and exceptional real estate opportunities across the UAE andinternational markets.As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and well-connected Talent Acquisition & HRSpecialist to help us build a high-performing sales organization.About the RoleThis is first and foremost a recruitment role.Your primary responsibility will be to continuously identify, headhunt, attract, and hire experienced realestate agents and sales professionals to join HEAVEN Properties. This is an ongoing talentacquisition role focused on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates?not a one-timehiring project.Alongside recruitment, you will support key HR initiatives, employee engagement, and HR operations,working closely with senior management to strengthen our people function.If you enjoy networking, relationship building, and connecting top talent with exciting careeropportunities, this role is for you.What You'll DoRecruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)? Continuously and proactively headhunt, source, and recruit high-performing real estateagents and sales professionals to join Heaven Properties, maintaining a strong and activetalent pipeline at all times.? Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, outreach, candidate screening,interviews, assessments, offer management, and onboarding coordination.? Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies through LinkedIn,NaukriGulf, job portals, referrals, networking events, real estate communities, social media,and direct headhunting to consistently attract top-performing talent.? Build, expand, and maintain a strong professional network within Dubai's real estate industry,including agencies, brokerages, industry events, and referral channels.? Assess candidates for sales aptitude, communication, negotiation skills, motivation, andalignment with a high-performance sales culture.? Track recruitment KPIs, maintain talent pipeline reports, and provide regular hiring updatesand insights to senior management.? Partner closely with senior management to understand business growth targets and translatethem into proactive and ongoing recruitment strategies.HR Specialist? Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies,processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives and UAE labor regulations.? Partner with management to drive employee engagement, performance management,organizational development, and employee retention initiatives.? Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee-related matters while fostering a positive,collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.? Support initiatives that enhance employee development, retention, and overall organizationaleffectiveness.? Prepare HR reports, workforce insights, and people analytics to support managementdecision-making.? Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UAE labor regulations and internal companypoliciesDesired Candidate Profile3?5 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience within Dubai/UAE.? Proven experience recruiting sales professionals or real estate agents.? Existing network within Dubai's real estate industry is a strong advantage.? Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.? Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.?
