Position Title: Supply Chain Officer Contract: 2 Years direct hire Division: Operations * Coordinate with customers and commercial related to sales orders, dispatch schedule, and after-sales. * Manage large amount of in/outcoming calls and emails. * Manage open orders and dispatch planning (with consideration to customer requirements, 3PL Warehouse capacity) * Manage aftersales, including customer complaints and resolutions. * Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Ensure update and accuracy of ERP (Sales Orders, Inventory) * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Adhoc analysis, reporting, and leave cover intra-department. Supply Chain Management: * Order Fulfilment/ Customer Service/ Customer Experience * Order Management * Warehouse Management * UAE work experience * ERP Hands-on/ UAT (Oracle-SAP-OMS) * Microsoft Office 365 (Advance or Champion/Power Bl Preference will be given to the candidates from IFFCO, Delmonte, Kibson or similar companies.
