Marketing Executives with sound local UAE knowledge & experience of freight forwarding in sea freight, air freight and land transportFull Strong local knowledge in UAE & experience of freight forwarding in sea freight, air freight and land transport. Should empha and focus on marketing and provide new business/clients. ii) Implement corporate philosophy for business development as may be decided by the Management from time to time. iii) Meet Organizational plans and regional development needs in respect of the following: a. Identify high profitable markets and develop customers. b. Fulfill targets fixed by the Management. c. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly - MIS/sales report d. Tap New Business Avenues and Verticals e. Ensure for Profits/margin retention on all new customer generations. f. Inculcate a pro-active approach to overcome missing links between Operations and the Customers for improved and lasting relationship. g. strictly ensure for customers KYC and contracts to be in place. h. Constantly review and benchmark the services provided by doing periodic Customer Satisfaction Survey. i. Strive to make MATSKI Group services as one of the best in the market by continuously benchmarking with other competitors and create a strong brand name in the market. j.
