Structure CAD DraftsmanJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for structural engineering projects•Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective integration of structural elements•Prepare and review technical drawings, design documentation, and submission packages•Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and project-specific requirements in all drawings•Conduct regular quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency with project goals•Coordinate plans and designs with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders through meetings and email communications•Implement and uphold best practices in CAD drafting and ensure compliance with company guidelines•Stay updated on advancements in CAD technology and structural drafting methodologiesQualifications•Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field•2 to 4 years of experience as a CAD Structural Draftsman, with exposure to large-scale construction or infrastructure projects•Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken•Previous experience working in a reputable company within the construction or engineering industry•Proficiency in AutoCAD, with additional experience in Revit Structure or other drafting tools as an advantage•Strong understanding of structural design principles, construction documentation, and detailing•Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for structural drafting and coordination•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing technical drawings•Immediate availability
