Site Engineer/Joinery SupervisorJob Location : Abu DhabiMajor responsibilities:?Supervise the site activities (construction and fit-out sites) and factory output of joinery.?Ensure maximum efficiency of site operations.?Ensure effective and efficient oversight of all site-related operations (including construction and fit-out sites).?Responsible for both production and site operations.?Plan and maintain all schedules for sites and Factory operations.?Ensure all production equipment are in perfect operating condition.?Prioritize all production works and output in-line with project delivery demand schedules.?Prepares production status and site reports to manager/Department head.?Monitor the usage of inventory and of all materials.Skills required:?Should have at least 3 years of work experience in installation of joinery work and site supervision.?Excellent Technical Knowledge with good attitude.?Should demonstrate experience in supervising large multi-disciplinary teams?Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills?Team leader along with strong proactive attitude Education:?Degree in Civil Engineering, Architect or Interior DesignExperience:?Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in related field?Seniority Level: Middle ?
