Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONMain Responsibilities:CSR

  • Taking care of the wellbeing of our Employee as well as our Communities.
  • Help to set up the yearly calendar of activities.
  • Organize and coordinate the above activations by engaging with our external partners and internal departments.
  • Create impact reports for each activity.
  • Write articles monthly for the internal Newsletter.
  • Develop our Volunteering program: gather internal and external needs to set up a yearly plan.
  • Develop our People of Determination program: rethink the current activation to develop a 360-program including training that can lead to develop specific skills and eventual recruitment.
  • Attend relevant event and conference to increase knowledge about CSR.
Sustainability
  • Punctual support might be needed within the team for our Sustainability programs.
Business Excellence:
  • Review current submissions and improve our next submissions related to CSR.
  • Stay up to date with Industry standards and innovations.
Skills required:1. Strong English written and communication skills. 2. Experience in CSR preferred. 3. Good Interpersonal skills, Positive attitude, Go getter. 4. Able to multi task with good organization skills and attention to detail. 5. Strong research skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Power Point and Excel.
