Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to meet company goals and objectives
  • Manage the ecommerce platform, ensuring it is optimized for sales and customer experience
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions
  • Analyze website data and provide insights to improve website performance
  • Manage the inventory and product catalog, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Collaborate with other departments, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure the ecommerce platform operates smoothly
  • Monitor and report on sales and ecommerce KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing
Key Skills
  • Absolute understanding of managing brand.com & marketplace environment along with managing web architecture, UIUX, CRM, SEO and site analytics.
  • Metric focused approach to drive sales, web traffic, conversion, AOV, cart abandonment and customer retention
  • Agency onboarding and management
  • Customer first approach.
