Senior AccountantJob Location : UAE:?Preparing Monthly Financials Report & analyzing the cost. Produce error free accounting reports and present their results.?Preparing Daily Cash flow & Budgeted Cash Flow & Controlling & Reporting to Finance Director & Top Management on daily basis. Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.?Plan, Assign and Review Teams performance, effective managing and supporting the team.?Preparing Sales Report & send to Top & Mid Management with numbers Actual vs Targeted and showing the variation and all other reports as per they needed & do the Analysis.?Preparing Bank Reconciliation Report. (Daily, Monthly basis or as need arises)?Review daily entries, validate and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.?Ensure completion and review of post-close reconciliations.?Reviewing Suppliers payments with complete Ageing & give approval to colleagues for preparing the payment. (Cash, Chq# or Transfers)?Ensure petty cash and payroll are prepared accurately and disbursed within the set dead lines.?Check daily revenues and deposits (Cash & Credit Card) in the bank from time to time to maintain proper cash flow.?Periodical meetings with Internal & External Stake Holders.?Provide input into departments goal setting processRequirements :?Degree Holder, MBA / CA Qualification is a plus 5-7 years experience in Accounts/ Audit in which 2 years as supervisory.?Team Player
