Scrum Master/Project ManagerLocation: Dubai?Manage each project?s scope and timeline?Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups?Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration?Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)?Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests?Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur?Help build a productive environment where team members ?own? the product and enjoy working on it?Strong ability to interact with stakeholders to understand and interpret and prioritize their needs?Experience of working with vendors in building and implementing a digital solution?Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc).?Experience of working with cross functional project teams?Experience with executive communication, including identification and delineating critical issues and their resolution?Experience managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies?Has excellent knowledge of the Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, SAFE and familiar with all its artifacts and techniques including user story mapping?Demonstrated competence in leadership, team building, time management, organizational management, customer interface, and multiple stakeholder communicationsQualifications:?Bachelor?s and/or Master?s degree in computer science, business or related technical discipline?Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement?Scrum Master certification is desired?PMP-PMI would be preferred?5-8 years? experience preferably in Banking, Fintech, Technology or Financial services
