SAP CRM Functional Consultant?Module Expertise in CRM Service, well versed in base customizing and WEBUI configuration?Very good understanding of SAP CRM One Order framework. Mapping the Business Process with SAP CRM, Configuring the SAP CRM system according to the customer requirement.?Hand on knowledge in CRM middleware configuration and trouble shooting?Experienced in Master Data configuration for corresponding to CRM objects?Should have hands on experience in Action Profile, Transaction Launchers, partner Determination and CRM Surveys.?Design and implement Best Practice SAP CRM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards.?Candidate must have good Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, Problem solving skills and technical documentation skills.?Independently be able to work on project requirements in his/her specific work streams with quality deliverables.Job Experience & Candidate Profile :?4 to 7 years of experience and min 2 implementations.?Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
