Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6?8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner and have strong expertise in developing, enhancing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support CRM, Sales Operations, Collections, and Channel Operations. This is an onsite role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Build and enhance workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards.Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce implementations.Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.Required Skills5?7 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Immediate joiners preferred.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.Experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Collections, or Channel Operations.Exposure to the Real Estate domain is an added advantage.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Work Mode: Onsite (Dubai)Desired Candidate Profile5?7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, Flows, and automation.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Immediate joiners preferred.
