We are seeking experienced, strategic, and results-oriented professionals to join our leadership team.1. Sales Manager ? Bullion & Precious MetalsKey Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's sales operations for bullion, gold and silver ingot bars, and other precious metal products. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth objectives. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with institutional, corporate, wholesale, and retail clients. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer portfolio. Monitor global bullion market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans. Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the bullion and precious metals industry. Proven expertise in the trading and sale of gold and silver ingot bars. Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. Established network within the bullion or precious metals market is highly desirable. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
