Sales Executive - ArabicJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.?To achieve monthly and Quarterly sales targets.?Identify potential new retail account based on the assigned segment to penetrate the market to meet Enterprise Sales goal & target through consulting and offering solutions to new customers.?Build a professional relation and network with new and existing customers to expand the business.?Provide market updates and customer feedback to Sales Manager for market analysis and product development, and product positioning.?Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.?Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to buyer,?Recommend main SKUs through presentations before clients.?Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.?Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn.Requirements :?Having relevant key account management experience of 3-5 years?High school diploma or equivalent preferred?Proficient in Arabic and English Language?Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar role in Building Materials, Paints, Hardware, Hospitality Furniture etc..?Excellent verbal communication skills.
