Roles & ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth and improve branch profitability.Expand the Korean & Japanese aftermarket spare parts business by developing new B2B customers including garages, workshops, fleet operators, traders, and dealerships.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to increase market penetration and customer retention.Ensure optimum stock availability of fast-moving products and maintain inventory accuracy to minimize stock shortages.Manage procurement planning and replenishment while controlling obsolete inventory and stock aging.Develop strong supplier and vendor relationships.Oversee daily branch operations including warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and delivery activities.Monitor order processing and customer service standards, improving operational efficiency and productivity.Manage branch profit & loss, monitor operating expenses, cost control, cash collection, payment recovery, and ensure budget compliance.Lead, motivate, and develop branch employees through performance reviews, coaching sessions, and building a high-performing sales and operations team.Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by resolving complaints and warranty issues professionally.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.Handle commercial negotiations and pricing discussions.Monitor competitor pricing and market trends and recommend promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.Conduct periodic stock audits, investigate discrepancies, and minimize inventory losses due to damage, theft, or incorrect handling.Ensure quality standards for spare parts and monitor warranty claims and returns.Prepare annual branch budgets, monitor expenditure and optimize resource utilization.Supervise Sales Executives, Parts Advisors, Warehouse Staff, Cashiers, Drivers, and Branch Support Staff.Conduct regular product knowledge training and coach employees on sales techniques and customer service.Develop future team leaders.Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality.Desired Candidate ProfileProfessional certifications in Sales Management, Inventory Management, Retail Operations, or Automotive Parts Management are an added advantage.Strong knowledge of Korean & Japanese aftermarket automotive spare parts.Excellent understanding of OEM and aftermarket spare parts.Inventory planning and stock control skills.Branch operations management experience.Procurement and vendor management capability.Sales forecasting and reporting proficiency.Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to identify products using EPC and aftermarket cross-reference catalogues.Knowledge of Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Subaru, and Isuzu spare parts.Leadership and team management skills including coaching, mentoring, performance management, conflict resolution, decision-making, and strategic planning.Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management.Business development and market analysis experience.Financial management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.High accountability and ownership.Effective time management and attention to detail.Customer-focused approach and results-driven mindset.
