Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates / Retail Attendants to join a leading Parks & Entertainment destination in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, retail sales, guest engagement, and merchandising. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced theme park environment, including outdoor retail locations, and be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:Guest Service & Sales Deliver outstanding customer service at all times. Greet guests, initiate conversations, and identify guest needs. Promote merchandise, souvenirs, gifts, and retail products. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and selling skills. Assist guests with enquiries and provide service beyond expectations. Achieve assigned sales objectives and support overall store performance.Retail Operations Maintain store housekeeping standards throughout the day. Ensure merchandise displays are attractive, organised, and fully stocked. Conduct regular stock replenishment activities. Understand product assortment and store merchandise mix. Support retail cart and outlet operations independently.Cashiering & POS Operations Perform all POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, card, and other payment methods. Maintain accuracy in billing and transaction processing. Follow established retail cash-handling procedures.Inventory Control Monitor stock movement and report irregularities. Support stock counting and inventory verification activities. Assist management in maintaining accurate stock records. Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items promptly.Teamwork & Cross-Training Support colleagues positively and professionally. Participate in cross-training activities when required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Health, Safety & Compliance Comply with company SOPs, policies, and procedures. Follow Environmental, Health & Safety requirements. Adhere to fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures. Maintain high personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness standards. Report hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately. Ensure a safe environment for guests, colleagues, contractors, and visitors.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation High School Certificate or equivalent.Experience Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong customer service aptitude may also apply.Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills in English. Strong customer service and selling abilities. Basic mathematics and cash-handling skills. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently when required.Job Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced theme park environment. Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods. Ability to stand for long hours. Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Available for overtime when required. Physically fit and energetic.
