Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesGovernment LiaisonAct as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and various UAE government authorities.Build and maintain professional relationships with government departments including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DED, Free Zone Authorities, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Emirates Post, and other relevant entities.Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE laws, regulations, and government requirements.Company Formation & LicensingHandle end-to-end company incorporation across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.Process trade license applications, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and related approvals.Coordinate all documentation required for business setup and corporate restructuring.Manage establishment cards, immigration files, and company registrations with relevant authorities.Visa & ImmigrationProcess employment visas, investor visas, dependent visas, visit visas, and Golden Visa applications where applicable.Handle visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, medical fitness appointments, Emirates ID applications, and passport updates.Monitor visa validity and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.Labour & Employment ComplianceManage all MOHRE-related transactions, including work permits, labour contracts, quota applications, and amendments.Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and maintain accurate employee records.Ejari & Corporate DocumentationCoordinate Ejari registration, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.Process tenancy-related documentation required for company licensing and visa activities.Maintain corporate records and ensure timely renewal of leases and government registrations.Government Portals & DocumentationManage transactions through government portals such as MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DED, Free Zone portals, Dubai REST, and other applicable online systems.Prepare, review, and submit government applications and supporting documentation accurately.Compliance & Record ManagementMaintain accurate records of licenses, visas, permits, and statutory documents.Monitor renewal calendars and ensure proactive compliance with deadlines.Prepare reports on pending and completed government transactions.Coordination & Client SupportCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications.Provide guidance to clients and employees on government procedures and documentation requirements.Resolve government-related issues efficiently and professionally.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.4?8 years of relevant experience as a PRO in the UAE.Hands-on experience in company formation and corporate services is mandatory.Thorough knowledge of UAE government regulations, labour laws, immigration procedures, and licensing requirements.Experience dealing with Mainland, Free Zone, and Government Authorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Fluency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, and Arabic)
