Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, possess extensive knowledge of UAE government procedures, and have a minimum of 5 years of PRO experience in Dubai. Experience in the Construction will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage all government-related transactions with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, DDA, DED, Immigration, Labour, and other UAE government authorities. Process employment visas, permits, residence visas, Emirates ID applications, labour permits, medical fitness, visa renewals, cancellations, and status amendments. Coordinate company licence renewals, trade licences, establishment cards, immigration cards, and other regulatory approvals. Liaise with government departments to ensure timely completion of documentation and approvals. Maintain accurate records of employee visas, licences, permits, and expiry dates. Coordinate with HR regarding employee onboarding, visa processing, and compliance requirements. Handle document attestation, notarization, legal translation, and embassy-related procedures when required. Assist in obtaining municipality permits, authority approvals, and project-related documentation. Maintain strong working relationships with government officials and external stakeholders. Ensure the company remains compliant with all applicable UAE labour and immigration regulations. Prepare periodic reports on visa status, licence renewals, and government transactions. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai . Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration procedures, and government regulations. Hands-on experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, DED, and other UAE authorities. Strong understanding of visa processing, labour permits, Emirates ID procedures, and company licensing. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Preferred Experience in Construction companies. Strong network and experience dealing with UAE government authorities. UAE Driving Licence.
