Property ConsultantJob Location : UAEJob Details :?A minimum of two years? experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record of successful sales.?Strong knowledge of the local UAE market.?Excellent presentation and communication skills.?Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.?RERA certified preferred.?Should possess the highest level of customer service and time-keeping skills.?Excellent command of spoken and written English, knowledge of any other language (Turkish, Russian, German, French, Italian, etc.) would be an added advantage.?Must be able to support clients in developing and increasing their portfolio of investment in the property market in UAE.?Prepare a daily action plan and meet the targets in a timely manner.?Ensure full compliance of Laws and Regulations and Company Policies.?Maintain relationship with property networks and develop a database of prospective clients through developer?s agents, developer?s handover department agent, real estate agents, contractors, and other related channels.
