Job Description

Function:Supply ChainDivision: PC - Skin Cleansing, Oral & DeosJob Title:Promo PlannerScope & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end process of landing entire Arabia promoted stocks for the DBT (Division Business Team).
  • Shipment and distribution planning coordination with Sourcing Units.
  • Co-ordinate and insure Promo availability by OTIF (on Time-In Full), Opening & IF (In-Full) from All Sourcing Units.
  • Synchronize Promotions and activation short term plans with business requirement by coordinating with CSP (Customer Strategy & Planning) and Marketing.
  • Controlling promoted stocks level in Arabia markets and insure lowest level of Residuals.
  • Manage business activations and promotions mid/long-term planning throughout S&OP (Sales and Operation planning) cycle and network management.
  • Conduct monthly root cause analysis for On Time losses and share improvement plans.
  • Govern net requirement planning on promotional SKUs and Balance Supply with Demand.
  • Ensure Promo Data integrity is up to date.
  • Conduct monthly Promo risk analysis (DSR) to constrain promo FC and share with DBT.
  • Co-ordinate with CSP (Customer Strategy & Planning) Team to ensure Budgets are available as per the plan.
  • Lead new promo type networks with small C Stakeholders as per project management principles and standard networks.
Skills & Experience::
  • Preferred Major (Supply chain Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences).
  • 1-3 Years experience in Planning or CS service is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong commitment and determination.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Taking Initiatives.
  • Customer Focus.
  • Basics of Problem-Solving mindset.
