• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery times, minimize costs, and enhance customer experience
• Plan and execute the daily operations of the delivery network, including managing the fleet, drivers, and delivery partners
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Prepare hiring targets for the city basis the demand growth plan
• Support and Engagement - Its not only important for us to constantly motivate our fleet, but also keep them informed on how theyre doing on
• a real-time basis.
• Build efficiency in support processes for improving Rider experience
• Resolve rider issues and run retention programs for Riders in a cost-effective manner
• Define Rider service quality parameters for better customer and merchant experience
• Monitor key quality metrics at Rider level and ensure they are under tolerance level
• Run exercises for filtering delivery executive for non-adherence to quality standards
• Design the payout and incentive structure

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale logistics operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
