Labuan), and a full range ofThailand-based legal and investment services including real estate due diligence, visaprocessing, and tax filing.Our client base consists primarily of Hungarian nationals and expatriates navigating majorbusiness setup, investment, and relocation decisions across the UAE and Southeast Asia.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in legal advisory,corporate services, or professional services to take operational ownership of HEAVEN.Consulting's service delivery and business development function.This is not a purely administrative role. The successful candidate will have a workingknowledge of the corporate and legal services we provide ? free zone and mainlandcompany formation, DIFC wills, offshore structures, visa processing ? and will use thatknowledge to coordinate the team, manage client cases end-to-end, and develop the firm'spartner and referral network in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full operational workflow: client onboarding, case tracking, service delivery,follow-up, invoicing, and reportingImplement and manage CRM and task management systems; maintain pipelinevisibility and team accountabilityBuild, onboard, and manage a team of consultants, PRO staff, and back-office supportCoordinate directly with free zone authorities (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.), DED,GDRFA, ICP, banking partners, insurance providers, and PROsManage and grow a referral and partner network: real estate agents, financial advisors,relocation specialists, accountants, and legal partnersDrive business development through professional networks and referral channels inDubaiOversee marketing execution and ensure alignment with HEAVEN. brand standardsManage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the consulting divisionDesired Candidate ProfileCandidates must demonstrate working-level knowledge in the following areas:UAE Company Formation & Corporate ServicesFree zone company formation: free zone selection, licence types, activity definitionsacross 40+ UAE free zones (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, DIFC, ADGM, etc.)Mainland (DED) company incorporation: local service agent structure, 100% foreignownership framework, activity classifications, mainland licensing processCorporate bank account opening: bank requirements, supporting documentation,process timeline, enhanced due diligence documentationUAE labour law: employment visa process, employer obligations, WPS, terminationproceduresUAE government portals: GDRFA, ICP Smart Services, DED, MoHRE ? functionalunderstandingUAE tax environment: corporate tax, VAT registration and filing, basic complianceobligationsLegal Documents & ResidencyDIFC Last Will and Testament: purpose, scope, non-Muslim expat applicability, SingleWill vs. Mirror WillUAE Golden Visa: eligibility routes, AED 2M real estate investment pathway, familyextension processUAE residence visas: investor visa, employment visa, dependent visa ? process andauthority interactionsOffshore & International StructuresHong Kong company: formation, annual renewal, employer MPF contributions, annualfinancial records, territorial tax systemMalaysia ?
