Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DeliveryPlan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion in accordance with approved project management methodologies.Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in line with the defined project scope and quality requirements.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions whenever deviations in schedule, cost, or scope occur.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.Design ManagementManage the entire design process from conceptual, schematic, detailed design, tender documentation, and construction phases.Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to ensure design compliance with project objectives.Review design deliverables for quality, constructability, and compliance with applicable UAE regulations and international standards.Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, Fire & Life Safety (FLS), and other statutory authority requirements.Construction ManagementSupervise construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.Monitor contractor performance, productivity, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure timely completion of milestones.Identify construction risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.Contract & Commercial ManagementAdminister construction contracts and monitor contractor and consultant performance.Review variations, claims, payment applications, and contractual correspondence.Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams to ensure effective cost control and contract compliance.Support tender evaluations and contractor selection processes where required.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, and internal departments.Lead project coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) standards.Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox meetings to maintain a safe working environment.Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Building Codes, Civil Defence requirements, and other statutory authorities.Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams.Documentation & Quality ManagementMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, approvals, drawings, meeting minutes, contracts, and progress reports.Implement effective document control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are followed across all project activities.Manage project close-out documentation, handover procedures, and final project reporting.Risk ManagementIdentify project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project risks continuously and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.Ensure business continuity through proactive project planning and issue resolution.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum 8?12 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.Proven experience managing high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and statutory requirements.Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
