Project ManagerJob Location : UAERequirements:?Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Arch/Interior Design?Society of Engineering membership?Minimum of 5-6 years UAE experience in Interior Fit-out works?Experience in an Interior Fit-out and Construction firm.?Working knowledge of Auto CAD and MS office, MS projects?Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)?Valid UAE driving license is a must:?Managing project and leading the site team?Submission of drawing and documents to authorities towards approvals?Preparing project schedule in MS project?Review of shop drawings.?Responding to field requested changes.?Effective site monitoring on daily basis to achieve the project set?Goals with regards to time, cost and quality.?Taking quantities for the materials to order from Auto Cad?Communicating with client on day to day basis
