Project Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Accountabilities :?Ensures the preparation of engineering drawings, collects requirements from end users and to prepares scope of work for projects under assignment?Reviews project requirements and determines necessary budget and resources to fulfil them?Identifies potential qualified contractors outside unit rate contracts?Conducts commercial and technical bid evaluations in consultation with Lead Projects Engineer & Commercial department managers Project Management?Oversees and manages contractors work to ensure the timely execution of activities including project close out activities?Reviews invoices submitted by contractors to ensure consistency with the work performed?Reviews work performed and issues/obtains No Objection Certificate (NOC)s with the approval of the supervisors
