Plumbing DraughtsmanJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Collect initial drawings, calculations, and design ideas from engineers, and combine all relevant data into coherent and complete initial design models for review and modification.?Preparation of Plumbing related shop Drawings as per consultants and authority requirements.?Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices.?Annotate and verify all numerical designations and specifications in technical drawings and schematics, using both CAD programs and manual calculations when necessary.?Modify and revise drawings as per the Engineers comments.?Detail drawings and sections as required to understand the drawings easily.?Preparation and Maintaining of Drawings and log sheets.?Coordination with all services.?Meet all deadlines as required by project schedule.Knowledge And Experience:?Minimum 5 years of experience as plumbing draftsman?Contracting company experience required preferably in GCC?Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices in design?Proficiency in using AutoCAD software?Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications?Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings?Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
