Roles & ResponsibilitiesChina Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Middle East is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join one of our major Dubai RTA infrastructure projects involving roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities, interchanges, corridors, and large-scale infrastructure works.The ideal candidate should have strong planning and project controls experience within UAE infrastructure projects, preferably with direct exposure to Dubai RTA projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.Develop baseline programmes, revised programmes, recovery programmes, and short-term lookahead schedules.Monitor project progress against the approved baseline programme and identify delays, critical activities, risks, and areas requiring management attention.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for internal management, consultant, and client submission.Coordinate with project teams, construction teams, subcontractors, and relevant departments to collect progress updates and verify actual site progress.Support delay analysis, Extension of Time claims, progress presentations, and project control documentation.Track manpower, equipment, materials, productivity, milestone achievements, and overall project performance.Assist in preparing recovery plans and mitigation strategies to support timely project delivery.Ensure planning, reporting, and project control activities are aligned with RTA standards, consultant requirements, and project specifications.Company BenefitsCompetitive salary package based on experience and interview assessment.Company-provided employment visa.Medical insurance as per UAE labour law and company policy.Annual leave and leave salary as per UAE labour law.Opportunity to work on major Dubai RTA infrastructure projects.Long-term career growth opportunities within the company?s UAE infrastructure project portfolio.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirementsBachelor?s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 to 8 years of planning experience, preferably in UAE infrastructure projects.Strong experience in Dubai RTA roads and infrastructure projects is highly preferred.Experience in roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities, interchanges, corridors, or major infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and project reporting tools.
