Planning Engineer – Luxury VillasJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Developing project plans for all running sites from initial conceptualization to final delivery.•Will be at the forefront of project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed to perfection.•Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for all projects making sure we are on track with the timeline and the workers are allocated properly in a timely manner•Manage team communication by collaborating closely with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.•Project monitoring and reporting•Gathering data on all the project sites•To report to the company management and give a full picture of all projects whenever neededQualifications:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.•Min 5yrs of proven UAE experience as a Planning Engineer, ideally within the luxury interior contracting industry.•Expertise in project planning methodologies, scheduling techniques, and construction management principles.•Proficiency in Autocad 3D or any other drawing tool•Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
