Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Payroll Specialist for accurately processing employee payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and management. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with payroll software and related systems. This role also involves addressing payroll-related queries from employees and management and supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations. Proficiency in payroll software, ERP systems, and a solid understanding of payroll operations are essential to succeed in this position.Desired Candidate ProfileProcess timely and accurate payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and statutory regulationsMaintain payroll records, timesheets, and other relevant documentationReconcile payroll data and resolve discrepanciesRespond to payroll-related queries and issues from employees and management promptlyCoordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and benefits informationPrepare payroll reconciliations, WPS & bank filesManage payroll system updates and improvements, including integration with ERP or accounting softwareEnsure confidentiality and security of payroll data and recordsProven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar roleStrong knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, and compliance requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
