Generating various payroll reports, such as tax filings, wage statements, and labor cost analyses, to support the financial reporting and auditing functions of the organization, is an additional expectation of the Payroll Officer.
Working hand in hand with the HR department, the Payroll Officer will actively participate in the establishment of payroll-related protocols and processes, and offer extensive support in addressing any inquiries or issues related to payroll that employees may have.
