Bachelors Degree in Computers or Information Technology.? 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with experience at least 3 full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle Fusion HCM, from planning to configuration through go-live? Must have strong proven experience of developing technical components ? BI Reports, interface components using PL/SQL (HCM specific components)? Strong stakeholders? management experience and good communication skills.? Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administration.Role & Responsibilities:? Focus on Oracle Fusion HCM specifically on Talent Management modules Goals, Performance, Career Development, Talent Review and Succession Planning for implementation.? Understand and support Oracle Fusion HCM processes in Core HR, Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) support.? Responsible for developing BI reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.? Responsible for developing HR and Talent Management dashboards.? E2E Implementation and usage of Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).? Provide level 3 support, create and conduct instructor lead application training.? Provide ERP support and end-user training where applicable? Prepare training manuals.
