Roles & ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing organization. This is a leadership role requiring someone who can confidently manage multiple departments, ensure smooth business operations, solve problems quickly, and support business growth through strategic planning and business development. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can make sound decisions under pressure, effectively manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and identify new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.Supervise and coordinate all departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational excellence.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 15 employees across different functions.Monitor employee productivity, performance, and task completion while ensuring accountability.Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.Ensure projects and departmental objectives are completed within deadlines.Coordinate with management to execute company goals and business strategies.Make confident, timely, and well-informed decisions in day-to-day business operations.Handle conflict resolution and resolve operational challenges efficiently.Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management.Manage resource allocation and prioritize workloads effectively.Work closely with HR, Procurement, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.Business Development Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.Develop business strategies to increase company revenue.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Support marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Operations Management, General Management, or Business Development.Previous experience managing cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization.Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools.UAE driving licence is an advantage.The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate:Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to make critical decisions quickly and confidently.Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate teams.High level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Calm and composed under pressure.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Commercial awareness and business acumen.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.A proven track record of successfully leading teams, improving operations, and delivering measurable business results.Preferable experience managing SMEs (10 - 50 employees).Should be able to show measurable achievements, such as reducing operating costs, increasing efficiency, growing revenue, or successfully leading teams.What We Offer:Competitive salary of AED 10,000?15,000.Career growth opportunities within a growing company.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to directly influence company operations and strategic growth.Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (No Remote Option).Working Hours and days:12:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday - Friday.12:00pm - 7:00pm, SaturdaySundays - OffBecause our Clients and Customers are based primarily in the UK, Europe and the Americas, Our working hours are aligned to those time zones to ensure we are available when those markets are active.Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000 per month + AED 350 travel allowance + Visa + Insurance.
