Job Description

The Onboarding Admin will be the primary point of contact for our newest team members within Maximus EMEA region and ensure that they have a positive people experience at all stages of their onboarding journey. To achieve this, you will create and nurture relationships with the HR Shared Services, Government Affairs & Talent Acquisition teams and build the necessary processes & procedures around the stakeholder departments.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of an induction program that ensures all new joiners are fully aware of Maximus Gulf mission, vision, and ongoing projects.
  • Communicate new hires with details about the company, work schedules, and dress code, etc.
  • Provide new hires with manuals, guidelines, IT Equipment, and passwords, as needed.
  • Ensure new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
  • Work with the HR Shared Services team to coordinate a smooth joining process for both local and overseas hires.
  • Gather and process all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the participant.
  • Ensure all new hires have successfully attended the Induction program.
