Network Operation Team MemberJob purpose :Extensively involved in Repair Data Analysis with high insight to Support Subsidiaries in MEA Region.Duties and responsibilities:?Expert to deal with tools like excel and powerpoint which is basic mandatory.?Big Data Analysis & find customer?s insight, documentation & visualization on Power BI.?Good at Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).?Maintain working knowledge of all products to be a subject matter expert of company product?Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in multi-cultural environments?Proven teamwork skills and positive attitudeQualifications include :?Education : Graduated University (4years)?Skills : High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint?(It will be advantageous to know how to use more tools like Power BI, Google data studio)?Other characteristics such as personal characteristics : Do his best for everything and Positive attitude to learn new things.?Experience : More than 3years of Service operation will be an advantage. If it is not related to SVC, more than 5years will be.?Language : English mandatory, Arabic will be and advantage?Others : Will have frequent travels to countries within MEA region.
