We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager with a deep understanding of Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate is highly skilled in campaign strategy, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization, and performance analysis. Develop, execute, and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns? Conduct market research to define audience targeting and segmentation? Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates? Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages? Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using Meta Business Suite & third-party tools? Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively for maximum impact? Stay updated on Meta?s algorithm changes, policies, and best practices? A/B test different ad creatives, placements, and strategies to maximize performance? Report on KPIs, trends, and insights to improve future campaign strategiesRequirements:? Proven experience as a Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)? Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel tracking? Experience with performance marketing, PPC, and lead generation? Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI? Proficiency in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences? Strong understanding of A/B testing and creative ad strategies? Excellent communication and reporting skills? Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and third-party ad tools (a plus)
