Role SummaryYou will be part of the Regional Talent Development team, leading our talent, performance & culture across 9 countries.Whats On Your Plate

  • Design and implement a strategy to embed talabat leadership culture ,with focus on talent practices & learning & development solutions.
  • Coach leaders & teams to create high performance culture through performance development practices & team interventions. .
  • Design & implement learning & development programs/content to build the skills of the future.
  • Develop external partnerships with coaching firms & leadership institutes to bring the latest and best in class learning & development experiences for talabat employees & leaders.
  • Integrate the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion agenda into our development strategy through learning & creating awareness
