Role SummaryWe are looking for a Manager Operations Excellence - NFV to join our team and be part of our non-food verticals growth. Develop and optimise operational processes and technology solutions to support growth across local markets. Key focus is to work with local teams to understand operational blockers to achieving KPIs and engage with central teams to improve. Optimizes core operational processes to enable growth and scale with local markets. Complete complex data analysis to quantify problems, drive initiatives & measure impact to support scale. Project manage product roll outs end to end (experiment, GTM and launch) and ensure the right processes and procedures are in place. Work closely with local market teams to deliver operational KPIs through operational and product initiatives. Build relationships across local markets and central functions to ensure local markets needs are prioritised. Consistently review and identify areas of opportunity simplifying and removing non-value adding tasks and automating store operations. Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes. Proactively communicate and where needed, create communication cadence at local level to ensure visibility of performance, initiatives and product changesWhat Did We Order. 5 plus years operational experience in a FMCG/Retail business. Experience in operational process and improvements. Experience with project management. Ability to build relationships, motivate peers and manage upwards. Strong collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively with local operations team, product and commercial teams. Personable and empathic approach to ways of working. Ability to present complex data in a simple and compelling way to stakeholders painting a picture of problem, scale/root cause of problem
