Manager - Distribution Sales MENA ( Rice)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manager ? Distribution Sales, MENA Region. This position would be based in Dubai. Our Client is one of the leading rice traders in the World. To support our growth objectives in MENA markets, we are looking for a Manager to champion our venture into the Branded Distribution business in the Key Middle East MarketsPrimary Objectives?Identify, appoint, and get onboard Distributors across the key markets like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman. This work includes finalizing and signing the agreements with the distributors?Launch Client?s Rice Brands in a phased manner across the Key Markets?Prepare the portfolio of products by market that we can sell through the distribution network?Work with the distributors team to prepare the Sales Plan including the Network planning (which retailers to sell, Wholesale network, Van sales etc)?Increase the Sales Revenue for Client?s by developing relationship with the Distributors team and also with the customers. Manager is expected to drive sales directly as well by getting into discussion with the Key Accounts and delivering the Products through the Distributor?Create sales opportunities by understanding the market and monitoring it to develop strategies to drive volume and profitability through increased account penetration and promotion?Prospect for and secure new customers and new channels to sell Rice, manage all aspects of these new relationships?Working closely with the Distributor, Client?s Rice exporting offices ? develop the effective pricing model?Achieve Budgeted sales revenue and margin targets for all products?Supporting the Client?s Marketing team to launch the various marketing campaigns in the market and also execute the various Marketing elements?Prospect for and secure new customers and new channels to sell Rice, manage all aspects of these new relationships?Working closely with the Distributor, Client?s Rice exporting offices ? develop the effective pricing model?Achieve Budgeted sales revenue and margin targets for all products?Supporting the Client?s Marketing team to launch the various marketing campaigns in the market and also execute the various Marketing elements?Experience in Distribution Business ? should have handled Branded Rice Category and the candidate should have worked in the Middle East Region.
