Diploma in Mold Technology from GTDC/CIPET is preferred but not compulsory.? Min. 5 to 7 years- hands on experience in Husky Preforms.? Independently setup molds and machines for mold trials and production.? Hands on experience in production and maintenance of Husky Injection Moulding machines.? Mold maintenance, change parts and mold changes.? Handling PET Raw Material- loading in silos, conveying and pre-drying.? Good understanding of Dehumidifier and its effects, and Automatic Hopper Loaders.? Preforms Quality checking, identifying the root cause and correcting the machine settings.? Optimize parameters for maximum productivity.? Following the Daily Machine Maintenance programs.
