Logistics CoordinatorJob Location : UAE:?Checking the Incoterms of orders?Handle of shipments and coordination with suppliers, arranging shipping instructions.?Coordination with shipping Liens and freight forwarders for moving shipments.?Monitoring incoming shipments for smooth delivery at warehouse?Ensure timely receipt of shipping documents?Follow up with suppliers for documents and forward the same to the clearing department for smooth on time clearance?Follow up with suppliers on SED (short / excess/ damages)?Coordinating to arrange necessary shipping documents for timely payments to suppliers?Update shipments information for pending, transit and arrived status.?Ensure proper shipment coordination?Nominate a forwarder for each shipment on time as per guidelines of freight committee?Knowledge on GCC custom regulationsSkills Required :?MS Office skills?Knowledge of Import procedures, shipping guarantees and letter of credit?Good communications skills?Good Planning and organizing skills?High level multi-tasking & ability to meet timelines?Attention to detail
