Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor/Lawyer to oversee the legal functions across our two business divisions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of UAE laws, contract management, regulatory compliance, and commercial legal matters, with the ability to provide strategic legal support across both sectors.Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of legal agreements, including:Agreements with developers, brokers, and service providers.Client agreements for buyers, investors, and applicants.Referral and partnership agreements.Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and consultancy agreements.Ensure all legal documents are comprehensive, legally compliant, and effectively protect the company's interests in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.Provide legal guidance on UAE real estate laws, brokerage regulations, and industry best practices.Manage the legal aspects of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and residency programs, including:Conducting and overseeing legal due diligence processes.Ensuring compliance with applicable international regulations and legal frameworks.Coordinating with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant UAE legislation, including commercial, civil, AML, KYC, and data protection laws.Advise senior management on legal risks, regulatory developments, and strategic legal matters to support business objectives.Represent the company in communications with external lawyers, regulatory authorities, and government entities, ensuring timely and effective legal coordination.Desired Candidate ProfileKey Skills & CompetenciesAbility to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to practical and comprehensive legal solutions.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and professional manner.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the development of sound legal strategies and risk-based solutions.Demonstrated success in case management and client representation, reflecting strong legal expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
