IT EngineerJob Location : DubaiRequirements :?Good English-interpersonal skills (Verbal, Writing and Listening)?Hands on experience in Server Machines, Client system and its various hardware components.?Proven experience in Server and client operating systems and its functionality (Windows is a must and other operating systems can be added a plus.?OS and Application-level troubleshooting skills are mandatory?Well knowledge in managing business mails and email client applications (Outlook Express is a must and other Mails clients can be added a plus)?Good Understanding in Cloud based web hosting, Mails (Google workspace, Office 365, Bluehost, GoDaddy etc. Experience in the same can be added a plus)?Basic understanding of various type of modern spams and spamming methods?Well Knowledge and Basic Experience in CCTV system and related applications (Hikvision, Dahua, Samsung?etc)?Well knowledge in Level 1 Networking and its various applications (WAN, LAN, NAT, Routing, VLAN, Port Aggregating ?etc.?Good Experience in UTM Firewalls, VPNs, Web filtering?etc (Fortinet, Sophos, Sonicwall, DrayTek, Meraki?etc)?Basic Knowledge and L1 Experience in Intercom and IP Telephony (Avaya, Grandstream, Panasonic, NEC?etc)?Proven experience in storage devices and its different applications (NAS, iSCSI, SAN, Raid levels, raid array troubleshooting?etc)?Good Experience in Endpoint Anti-Virus Programs and its different security features with vulnerability assessment and troubleshooting Skills. (Kaspersky, Symantech, McAfee, Norton, Node 32, Bitdefender?etc)?Basic Experience in Data Backup programs and its functionality (Acronis Cloud Backup, Veeam, Retrospect?etc.)?Basic knowledge in Data Recovery and ability to provide 1st level support to client on Data Lose.?SEO level marketing and web development skills can be added as an advantage?Active UAE Driving license holders will be considered in priority.?Preffered Nationality : India (kerala and Tamilnadu)
